This is what I found on the Illinois DNR site under hunting. They also offered over the counter NR doe permits for 25.00. Im not sure if this will be in effect for 2006 or not but I would think so.
2006 Non-Resident Archery Deer Permits will be $375.00. In addition archers are required to purchase a hunting license (either an Annual for $50.75 or a 5-day for $28.75 and a Habitat Stamp for $5.50)
