Thanks guys, I posted the photo and score in the score forum, 25 points, not bad,, been busy planting food plots , got three small ones in totaling 2.5 acres this weekend, chicory ,rape,clover. look really good so far.. had some deer and turkey tracks in it the next morning.

Hey lads going out on Friday with my good bud he is looking to tag out as our season is winding down.

Tonight I wall mounted my tail from my first bird
My wife surprised me and said bring it up stairs in the main living room, she looked just as proud as me but wont admit it! LOL
One month to the day and I can still see the hunt in my mind like it just happened today
I am so hooked that I am just happy being on a hunt even if I cant pull a trigger
This is bad

Nice work treebeard,, I got my tail fan drying now, did you cut the meat out and cover in borax? would love to see a vid, good luck,, theres nothign better then going with a good friend ,who loves it as much as you do..

I did clean it totally but I used salt instead of Borax
It worked well but not sure if better
No video but I am about to start my full cape mount tail of my 25lbs bird so I will video that one
