Cut Off Date For Contest Signup?

Is there a cut off date for the sign up?
And when will the teams be posted?

As of now, we havent decided on an exact date. Teams will be drawn and posted 3 days after the finale cut off date.

We need to look at the earliest season from the Southern States. I think around March 15th but I will look what we did last year.
