Steve Gorman is a Michigan native who has spent twenty years chasing a variety of game animals. Two years ago he moved to northern Illinois. Steve does spend a lot of time in pursuit of whitetail and turkey. However, his passion is chasing upland game birds, especially ruffed grouse and woodcock, over his two Brittanys. Steve and his dogs are also professional guides at two premier upland preserves in Illinois. He has recently accepted the challenge of harvesting every North American upland game bird over his dogs. Steve has 6 so far, there are approximately twenty birds to collect. He realizes this will take many years to achieve. Join him and his dogs this season as they hunt crafty ruffed grouse and hopefully a couple new species.
